Cancellation Policy

Card on File Policy:
We require a credit or debit card to be on file to secure your appointment. If you do not put a card on file, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to pay the cancellation fee before booking any future appointments.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
You must inform your stylist or the salon at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within that 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost. If you reschedule within that 24 hours, you will be charged 30% of the total service cost.

No Call/No Show Policy:
In the event of a no call/no show, you will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

Late Fees:
There is a 15 minute grace period on the day of your appointment. After this time, you will either need to be rescheduled or cancelled and the previously stated charges will incur.
